Terms and conditions

These terms govern direct purchases of audio guides and requests relating to private tours offered by Walking Happy Tour.

Last updated: 12 June 2026.

1. Publisher and scope

Walking Happy Tour is operated by Anatol Cusmarenco, a sole trader under the French micro-enterprise regime, with a business address at 17 avenue Nouvelle, 06100 Nice, France.

SIREN: 980 920 276. SIRET: 980 920 276 00014. Registration: 980 920 276 R.C.S. Nice. E-mail: walkinghappytour@gmail.com. Telephone: +33 7 80 15 82 14.

These terms apply to audio-guide orders placed directly on the Walking Happy Tour website.

2. Description of the audio guides

Walking Happy Tour offers audio routes accessible from a phone’s internet browser. No application is required.

Each destination page displays the available information before purchase: number of stops, languages, price, number of selected devices and practical details.

3. Prices and payment

Applicable prices are displayed in euros on the route page before the order is confirmed. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

When direct purchases are enabled, online payments will be processed by Stripe.

An order becomes final after the payment has been validated and the corresponding confirmation has been displayed or sent.

4. Ticket and route access

Users sign in using their phone number as their username and their ticket number as their password.

After activation, access to the purchased route remains available for approximately 8 hours.

The permitted number of devices corresponds to the option selected at purchase.

Customers are responsible for keeping their ticket confidential and must not share it beyond the number of devices included in their order.

5. Bookings made through a partner platform

A traveller who booked an audio guide through a partner tourism platform may use the ticket received from that platform.

The partner platform’s terms remain applicable to a booking made through that platform.

6. Private tours

Requests for private tours in Annecy are submitted through an availability form. A request is not a definitive confirmation.

The booking becomes effective only after availability has been confirmed manually and the communicated conditions have been accepted.

7. Withdrawal rights

For distance purchases, consumers are in principle entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Where a customer requests immediate access to digital content or a digital service before the end of that period, immediate activation must take place only after the consents required by the applicable rules have been collected.

The practical withdrawal process will be specified when online sales are enabled.

8. Support

For a ticket or route-access issue, customers may contact Walking Happy Tour by e-mail or WhatsApp.

The team aims to reply quickly, especially when an issue occurs during a walk.

9. Liability

Travellers remain responsible for their safety, vigilance and compliance with local rules during their walk.

Walking Happy Tour cannot guarantee that a route will remain unaffected by works, events, temporary local restrictions or weather conditions.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.

For any complaint, customers are invited to write to walkinghappytour@gmail.com.
